Races are lost in the handoff zone.

So are acquisitions. A lifetime of know-how is scattered across email, WhatsApp, calls, spreadsheets and old presentations. The part that matters most lives only in the founder's head. And all of it walks out the door on a date everyone already knows.

The math

Keep the founder for months, not years.

Most deals keep the founder on as a consultant until the team can cope. Capture what they know early and the overlap gets much shorter.

Three legs. One clean pass.

We plug in

Calls, WhatsApp, email, shared drives, spreadsheets, presentations, manuals, the CRM and the ERP. If the founder works with it, we connect it. Two weeks, and nobody has to change how they work.

Learns while they run

While the founder keeps working, it learns from every call, email and chat. Each problem they solve becomes a case: what happened, what they did and why. Every night it organises what it learned and spots what is still missing. Then it asks the founder short, specific questions to fill those gaps, and every answer or correction they give becomes part of the company's memory.

The new team takes it

The new team asks in plain words, from the office, the warehouse or on the phone with a customer. It answers with what the founder would have said, and shows the case or conversation it comes from. A person always reviews the answer before anything reaches a customer. And it keeps learning after the founder leaves: every new case the team solves makes it better.

The questions only the founder could answer.
Until now.

Your new team asks, from the office, the warehouse or a customer's site. It answers with years of the founder's experience behind it, and shows exactly where each answer came from.

Why does this customer order twice in March?

They close the plant every April for maintenance and stock up first. Call them in February.
